Lava Flow (non-alcoholic). Purée frozen strawberries with sugar & about 1 TBSP of water. Set aside. Mix equal parts of pineapple juice & Coco Lopez (cream of coconut) I use 46 oz pineapple & 3 cans of coco. Add about 1 pint of 1/2 & 1/2. (this makes a lot) In blender add ice. Pour in coco mixture & blend. Add strawberry to bottom of cup then pour in coco. Enjoy
