NO CRUST CoconutPie


 
NO CRUST COCONUT PIE

2 cups coconut
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/2 stick of margarine melted
1 tsp vanilla

Lightly beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla, milk and butter. Sift flour and stir in. Add baking powder and salt. Add coconut last. Pour mixture into two 9 inch greased pie pans. Bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes.
