Noodle Bake

Noodle Bake- 1 bag wide egg noodles (boil and drain) brown 2lbs ground beef with onion mix with noodles dice and add 1 block velveta ( large block ) mix until cheese is melted add 2 cans cream of mushroom put in baking dish crumble 2 sleeves of saltine crackers over top and drizzle with 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk bake 15 min on 350 and serve
