Grilled Cabbage

Grilled Cabbage
Cut a head of cabbage into 4 peices, put each on a piece of foil add a couple spoonfuls of butter, and wrap with bacon. Season with salt and pepper or any other spices that you like. Fold foil around cabbage, sealing each wedge tightly. Grill cabbage, covered, over medium heat for 40 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, turning twice.
